The P4 Diet is a high-protein/low carbohydrate diet that is completed in a
period of sixteen weeks, to help promote healthy weight loss. You will
experience a small but progressive weight-loss, and be re-educated in
avoiding the bad eating habits that most people have, and that cause
obesity. As opposed to the HCG Diet, the P4 Diet is a slower and more
consistent weight loss program. It is also used in combination with
lipogenesis, and vitamin B-12 injections. The average person can expect to
lose between two to three pounds per week; we recommended the P4 Diet as a
better diet in the long-term, and an excellent follow-up to the HCG Diet.
